Codec ：TLV320AIC10 规格书上写的是支持22KSPS的采样，不知这个是否可配，我们产品需要16KSPS的采样
采样率Fs = Sampling (conversion) frequency = MCLK/(256 × N), N = 1, 2..., 32
而N的配置可以通过Register 2来设置。
