数据手册中的一些参数的数值有时画一条横线或者空着不填是什么意思？
如上表，
tCS的最大值是15ns，最小值和典型值都是空着的，是不是最小值和典型值我可以随便取（大于0小于15就行）？还是说只有最大值给出了，我只能取给出的最大值，最小和典型值都不能取。
