DDC112U TEST模式测量数据问题

我有如下问题:  DDC112的CLK为12MHz,采用Continuous Mode 。始终让其工作在TEST模式。根据数据手册应该有13pc的电荷。CONV信号时钟为占空比为50%的方波信号。经过测试当CONV信号的脉冲宽度大于100ms时一切正常(100ms,200ms,500ms,1s).电荷量大概为13pc。当CONV信号脉宽小于100ms时。(500us,1ms,50ms)电荷量为29pc左右。请问有可能时什么原因导致的这种情况。(CONV信号是在CLK信号的上升沿切换的)

500us时的数据:
