DS90UB926 lock失败

你好，我按照用户手册连接DS90UB926，FPD连接DS90UB949，电源接3.3V，S1和S2设置正确，但是lock灯不亮，锁定失败，pass灯亮，想问一下，这个问题可能是什么原因造成的？
