请推荐几款用于三相电流型PWM整流器的驱动器，
开关管用的是MOS 47N60 或IPW60R045CP，最好这两种都能驱动。驱动器供电电压12-15V。
TI基本都是单或双路驱动。对于三相；可以用三片半桥叠加。如UCC21541等。
三相驱动供应商主要是IR/英飞凌等。如IR2135、IR2136、6EDL04I06PT等。
