开关管驱动芯片（如UCC27324D）输入IN给3.3V的脉冲波，芯片out输出电压大小和芯片的供电电压有关吗？


我自己做实验调大芯片的供电电压VDD，输入IN给3.3V的脉冲波，UCC27324D的OUT输出脉冲波的幅值也会变大，且输出脉冲波的幅值大小和供电电压一样大，供电电压为5V，输出out电压也是5V，是不是错误的？
