JTAG连接端口与C5535之间距离6 inches的问题

请问手册里说的the emulation header is located greater than 6 inches from the device 是指header里的每个针脚与其对应的dsp管脚之间必须小于6英寸，还是说header和dsp整个芯片之间的距离小于6英寸

另外，如果大于6英寸，又没有加buffer，会造成JTAG连接不上吗
