TF卡启动异常

各位好，现在碰到的问题是会有极小部分（小于1%）的TF卡在自制的电路板（电路板用的AM3358，硬件参照BBB修改，SDK为TI SDK6.0）上无法启动，上电后调试串口无任何输出，换到其它电路板上也无法运行，但是这部分TF卡用读卡器插入Windows PC上可正常读写。

请问可能是什么问题？
