Datasheet显示失调电压为MAX.7mV （25℃），开环增益为100db，即100000倍。。
失调电压由于有可能V+ > V-和V- > V+两种情况，是不是可以理解为:当INPUT无输入时，OUTPUT在同一批次的运放中，有可能出现0V到VCC-1.5V的任意一个值，可以理解为该应用电路的无INPUT状态是不可控的。
LM2904 Vos典型值是3mV，远高与0.12mV，所以这样的设计是没法实现比较功能的，失调电压淹没了输入信号。
