使用过程中：VSP供电17.5V，IS输出17.5V（正常工作应该比VSP低1.4V），VG无输出
问题1：判断芯片正常工作的具体条件
问题2：为什么VG会没有输出且芯片没有正常工作（各个引脚均没有短路发生）
