OPA350作为F28379D的片内ADC驱动

参考TI官方的原理图LAUNCHXL-F28379D-R2.0,设计了两个ADC的参考电压VREFHIA和VREFHIB。现在遇到的问题是,由于图中U29放大器OPA350的损坏,只能通过R128和R131之间飞线,使得VREFHIA和VREFHIB都保持为3V的正确电压值。

1.请问这样操作会影响F28379D片内AD的正常工作吗?

2.为什么VREFHIA和VREFHIB都是一样的3V但需要使用两个运放来实现呢?
