使用INA199A1作为装置usb充电的电流检测，RS=2.2Ω， V+接3V，REF接地，负载最大耗电流小于80mA/5V，输出out接单片机的ADC，如图。

试做样品均是可以工作的，输出正常；但是在小批量生产的时候出现损坏问题，明显特征测IN+/IN-对GND的电阻，好的情况下该电阻值=400kΩ，损坏的情况下该电阻值=40~200Ω

求助不良原因~~~~
