用TL2172做电压跟随器发热严重

具体的电路是我用基准电压产生了5v的基准电压,然后接了一个TL2172做电压跟随器,电压跟随器的输出接了一个7.5k的电阻和一个30k的电阻中间点产生1v的基准电压,为后续电路应用,用op2192基本不发热,用TL2172电压正常,发热比较严重,用热像仪看大约70多度

  • 电源用的是13v单电源供电
  • 运放的功耗, 大都原因来自输出负载, 因为运放自身的功耗都很低.

    从你的电路看, 负载越 37K,  也还是很轻的, 电源电压也在正常范围內, 不应该造成发热.

    有点怀疑你的  PCB 上还有泄露的电流, 或者芯片有问题?

  • 没有看到您的原理图,建议您测下输出电流多大,对比下在减轻负载或无负载情况下的现象。
  • 这款运放输入端内部集成保护二极管,一般应用下输入保护电路作用不大,但是在单位增益应用下,需要注意:
    In low-gain or G = 1 circuits, fast-ramping input signals can forward-bias these diodes because the output of the amplifier cannot respond rapidly enough to the input ramp. If the input signal is fast enough to create this forward-bias condition,
    then limit the input signal current to 10 mA or less. If the input signal current is not inherently limited, an input
    series resistor can limit the input signal current. This input series resistor degrades the low-noise performance of
    the TLV2172。

    因此可以在输入端串联电阻起到限流作用,但也降低这款本身低噪声的性能了。
    您可以试试在输入端串联电阻,看是否还发热严重。
