OPA657设计光电放大电路自激

原理图和PCB如下,PD的结电容数据手册写的是100pF,电路测试后发现自激振荡,自激频率100kHz,怀疑是供电用的开关电源引起的。后来在开关电源后级加LC滤波电路滤除纹波,输出纹波峰峰值大概4mV左右,但是接入电路后噪声依然很大,经二级OPA657放大后噪声接近2V峰峰值。PCB设计是参考的OPA657 datasheet,想问下这样设计PCB是不是有问题,是否双面大面积铺地引起的噪声?另外还想咨询线与地平面敷铜的间距怎么设置?芯片和PD底下的地平面是否应该挖空?电路设计的信号带宽是800kHz~5MHz。
