如图

使用AD620和IOS124采集电流，输入电流范围+-50mA,采样电阻100欧，增益为2倍，+-15V供电。

现象为：输入50mA电流，AD620刚上电输出正常9.95V，工作约1分钟后幅值开始下降，稳定后为8.5V左右，

10mA，20mA现象类似，请教下什么原因？
