The gain testing issue on INA208AIDGSR

Customer using  universal meter tested the below data, and found the Gain >100v/v, which out of chip handle so reported it is chip quality issue.

 The same external circuit , customer did 30chips tested and only one chip found this issue.   Customer also did the exchange testing and found the issue follow the chip.     At here want to get experter comments for the conclusion of quality issue. Thanks.

Vsense=12.41mV;Out=1.371V;

Out/Vsense=1371mV/12.41mV=110.5V/V;

  • 亲,万用表泄露电流典型值37.5uA,低量程下;表内阻非常低。描述中;未计入信号内阻、未用示波器检测的测量方法;本身就是错误的。

    其次;由于没有描述测量条件(如电源种类电压、电路、仪表、是否屏蔽、是否防静电等等),很不专业啊。。。无论如何;产品所有指标都是基于一定条件,无条件无指标。

    恕我直言;基于计量、测试手段和环境的不清楚,所有测试和条件都失去了再现和分析依据,您的抱怨都成了无效。

    最后;客户已经测试了30片;作为分析依据;至少应该把结果以表格形式列出,并注明时间地点和气温、湿度。

    据我所知,TI产品是100%测试。远不可能有1/30的失效几率。问题更高概率的出线在客户端。无论如何;请把上面提及信息补齐。
