整板低温测试发现LMV321M5X在零下10度的时候部分芯片有不工作情况，测试方法：-10摄氏度黄静霞测试芯片性能，用万用表检测4脚电压，大约从-7℃电压开始跳变到3V，请问可能是什么原因导致的
建议测量输出的同时；监控下输入。以确定是IC问题还是外围问题。
