LMV358MX 信号放大器不良的问题所在：
1、不良现象及不良率检验时发现产品有以下2个问题：
1）固定的放大电路，LMV358MX芯片，放大出来的信号差异较大
2）固定的放大电路，LMV358MX一致性不好本批产品将投产200台，已用10片，但发现已有3片不能工作，且放大表现不一致。
