PCM 音频ADC，模拟有输入，示波器测量数字信号没有输出,
将模拟信号转换为I2S，工作在主模式，FSYNC,LRCK,SCKI,BCK,DOUT（这些引脚没有做上拉）,用示波器测量都没有波形，只有直流电平。
