使用EV2300 时BQ2084软件显示 USB timeout 问题

Dear TI  engineer，

    我们从mouser网站购买了200个EV2300 用来做Li battery 检测测试架， 发现其中的5个连上PC  ，打开BQ2084软件，总是显示USB timeout。 是否可以判断这个EV2300 已经来料损坏了
