现要做usb给单节锂电池充电，最好有路径管理功能，具体要求如下：
1、要求是线性充电IC，同时支持电池电压检测功能，可以大致检测出电池的电量（不要另外添加电量计）
2、IC可独立工作，不需要Host主机控制
