不接电池的情况下：接充电器，bq24095输出1.6-1.8v。去掉tps63000,bq24095输出正常。
当接电池且电池有电的情况下，bq24095输出正常，充电正常。
当电池电量用尽的时候，电池电压就变成了1.6v·1.8v,去掉tps63000。电池电压就正常。充电也正常。
我个人觉得是tps工作，导致电压不正常了。请问有什么改进方法？
可以考虑在电池端加个保护IC防止电池过放
