TI的电池电量计都要用官方工具配置吗，我找的芯片都要一个EV2300什么的配置，这么傻吗，我用它的芯片还非要买一个工具？
因为电量计涉及到电芯的特性，没有简单的。
没有那个电量计不需要配置，接上电池就能报出准确的电量的。
