请问bq40z50的预充功能，PCHG_COMM设置为1了，电池电压放到2.5V了，也PCHG也不置位，不进入预充电状态，是什么问题呢？

到了设置的点也PCHG也不置位，不进入预充电状态，这是为什么？

另外，bq40z50-R1里面怎么没有PCHG_EN这个使能位？

如果电池端电压达到0V了，如何从放电端充电，就是0V可充电
