CHEM ID 匹配出来的型号跟ID库上标识的电芯型号完全一致。学习还未成功，阻抗表未更新。打开IT_ENABLE 时，寄存器状态位只有VOK位会变化，看不出是否打开了IT算法。（个人理解为是点一次打开，再点一次关闭，点来点去，不知哪个时候是打开的了）。
