LM5088设计电路43-54.6V输入，24V 6A输出，按照webench设计，目前空载MOS管就发烫，怀疑MOS管没有饱和导通，带载3A就烧芯片

你需要确认一下你选择的MOS， 注意Qg和Rdson尽量小，特别是前者。这是个非同步的芯片，驱动能力不一定很强，所以选择MOS要特别注意。
其次你可以空载看一下驱动波形（传上来看一下）
