我们有个用BQ40z50-R1方案3串锂电池3900mAh，学习成功量产后出货给客户，客户用大电流8A放电及12A放电时SOC会跳变，12A放电时客户测得在40%跳变为0%，我这边测得12A放电时会从9%跳变为0%，请教一下是什么原因，应该如何解决？
