使用TPS611781做BOOST电路，由12V到18V，发现输入正常，接上使能脚之后，IC工作一段时间就会烧坏，最坏的情况，使能一接上，IC就烧坏了，请问该怎么排除问题
电感用的3.3uH，后来换成10uH的，结果是一样的 ，IC烧坏的时候，都是VIN这个引脚烧坏
