BQ40Z80读写Data Flash以后出现的问题，麻烦帮忙分析一下，急急急！！！

如图所示，我先只读了BQ40Z80的Data Flash,所发的指令如图所示，自从读取了Data Flash以后就出现了Cell1-7这样的怪现象，而且显示电量是百分之百，也无法再通过BQ40Z80EVM-020这个开发板给电池充电，并且BQ40Z80总是休眠，换唤醒键后持续不了多长时间就会再次休眠，请问这到底是什么导致的？该怎么解决呢？
