設計上 Host端 透過 I2C 與 BQ25895  建立通訊關係

操作上想讀取  REG 0B的 暫存器內容

HOST 端下了這樣的指令   0x6A 0x0B    後示波器上接收回來的訊號卻是  0x6B 0xFF

跟預期的數據不太符合  (無論有沒有接上充電電源)  反饋的訊號都是  0x6B 0xFF
