你好：

          我这边用了BQ28Z610DRZR这款芯片对8.4V电池进行电量检测，参照DEMO设计，我将TS1脚的热敏电阻改成了10K的定值电阻，理论上电压应该是10/(10+18)*1.8=0.64V,实际上测只有0.05V左右且跳动，想问：是芯片没有起来导致此电压不对吗？问题出在哪里？原理图如下
