ISO1176 EIPD ( Electrical Induced Physical Damage), 是什么原因？

1. 经测试   between GND2 (pin9/15) and VCC2(pin16) is 79.8Ohm,82.8Ohm.

2.it is sure IC was damaged from EIPD ( Electrical Induced Physical Damage). 

3.问题是：

客户在VCC2和GND2端口他们未接线,并否认有过压施加在这两个端口上.

请问导致这种EIPD故障的, 除了VCC2/GND2这两个端口过压, 还有其他可能吗？
