问题：在使用ads7865时，发现测出来的数据不准确，经检测ref的电压时发现当不接入待测信号时ref的电压为2.49v，当接入待测信号以后ref的电压为不稳定的值，最低甚至只有0.63v。这种现象是由什么可能的原因造成的？
