最近一款应用中采用ADS1240作为模块ADC，但是为IC如上电路供电时发现 DVDD电压 达到 4.1V~4.3V（实际供电3.3V，测试了多个IC，都是这样），随后断开3.3V供电，只保留AVDD，发现DVDD管脚电压为4.1V。因为前面没用过这个ADC，也不知道这种情况是否正常？
