我们的设计中，需要实现对一个IO的通断控制，由于现设计中已经大量使用了SN74LVC1G3157芯片，所有想用它实现。

把需要隔断的IO连接到B2，B1悬空，S固定接SN74LVC1G3157的VCC到3.3V，当VCC没有上电时，A输出端能实现高阻隔断，VCC上电后A直接输出B2的值这个功能吗？
