现在使用TPL5000作为看门狗芯片，设计的时间是64S，但是第一次上电后会出现60秒左右重启的现象，重启后，后面如果进行喂狗就不会出现重启的现象。有两个问题请教一下;

1、TPL5000是否的确存在这样的问题，

2、如果存在这样的问题可以如何规避这样的问题，如果没有这样的问题是设计的问题大概从几个方面进行排除分析？
