TXS0108EPWR的1.8V低电平不为0的故障

1、以下图一是我设计的原理图，测试I2C1_SDAA管脚（PIN4）时出现图二所示故障，本该低电平是0，结果是有300mV的电压。我的问题是如何消除该300mV的电压，变成0？

2、该故障导致了3.0V一侧的电压异常，有个台阶1.0V，如图二所示。从而导致系统误判是高电平，形成逻辑错误。
