Dear ALL：

我使用STM32F107+DP83848网络，上电开机时能电脑正常ping通STM32的IP，通过软件更改IP后软重启，就无法ping通，IP也无法保存；

还有一种情况是，上电正常ping通，用镊子去把复位脚拉低，也无法ping通STM32的IP，必须断电重启网络才可以正常；
