您好，看了您的电路：
1. OE 不建议悬空，建议上拉正常工作，或者需要reset切换的话，建议参考user's gudie中的FIgure 4 reset应用电路。http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sllu228a/sllu228a.pdf
2. I2C的两个引脚SCL_CTL和SDA_CTL因为开漏输出也不建议悬空，可直接和HDMI 的I2C clock和data信号通过上拉2Kohm电阻连接。
