产品用在手持设备对锂电池充电，采用TYPE-C接口，我们参考的是TIDA-01627这图纸，想请教下：

1.TIDA-01627里面只有充电功能，如果也要实现TYPE-C数据传输，usb线怎么接？

2.TP65987这个PD芯片，是不是需要烧写软件，怎么获取这个烧写文件？
