我是第一次使用tic12400这款芯片，现在我尝试使用芯片的矩阵按键扫描功能，芯片的CS_SELECT寄存器无论写入什么值，读出来都是0。
芯片的其他寄存器都是可写可读，经过验证，开关量检测功能也是可以的，就是这个CS_SELECT寄存器无法配置，
除此之外，使用这款芯片配置一个4x4的矩阵芯片有哪些必要的步奏需要注意的，谢谢。
