关于计算器芯片CD74HC4060的抖动指标咨询

大家好：

      现在我们需要一个比较精确的本地秒脉冲，采用TCXO晶振经过芯片CD74HC406014级2分频得到2Hz方波，请问这2Hz的方波精度能达到多少？

因为在芯片的datasheet没有看到有关抖动的指标介绍，只有tpd等几个参数，如有清楚此芯片或者有更好的方案的可以告知一下，谢谢。
