不用的FBpin, 见datasheet 第14页描述，不是悬空处理。
IC根本就没有升压工作。就目前提供信息；如果PCB无误且完全焊接正确，那些FB端悬空；可能是最大问题。建议悬空FB全部通过电阻接地后再试。
