我最近在测试PLG项目中使用的DRV8702-Q1时发现SH-x管脚并不是Hi-Z模式，请问这个是为什么？SH-x管脚的内部阻抗（或者灌电流）的范围是多少？
我测试时将DRV8702-Q1设定在下图的模式下：
测试的原理图如下：
我测试了在DRV8702在Sleep模式下，将S_HS2的高驱输出情况下，测试 原理图中A/B/C/D四点在输出线带电机，不带电机，带电机后输出线对电源短路，带电机后输出线对地短路四种情况下的电压，测试了两块板子（每块3个DRV8702）的数据如下：

通过观察上述数据可以发现在OPEN下A点与B点有很大的压差，则说明DRV8702的SH-x管脚并不是Hi-Z的高阻态。
综上所述：
我想知道SH-x管脚的内部阻抗（或者灌电流）的范围是多少？因为这个会影响我的电机诊断的阈值，
