可以的，可以看做是过载后恒流输出。
这个方法可以恒流恒压充电。有个问题，就是超级电容电压较低时，TPS2552上面的损耗会很大
会烧毁TPS2552吗
TPS2552进入恒流模式后，如果出现过热会有过热保护。不会烧坏。
