使用TPS40057搭配MOS管QM3092M6+QM3096M6，输入19V，输出12V，拉载4A，发现上管温度偏高约7~10℃。
测量上管gate极波形有米勒效应，如下图所示，请问如何消除米勒效应，使上管不那么烫。
换了几组mos，这个台阶变小，温升减少很多，已经满足要求了，感谢您的回复！
