TPS23751PWP 4 类 PoE 反激转换器 (12V@2.125A) 参考设计，在测试的时候没有12V输出

在测试的时候整流桥电压有提高到51V，但是没有保持在51V。D12有6~7.1V的电压到芯片电源，R41电阻没有250K的信号输出，GATE引脚输出信号不稳定导致MOS管直接烧了。请教一下我该如何去排查这个故障，有没有大神知道的。
