您好，我在使用TPS2051BDBVT芯片的时候存在问题，问题的现象为：使能引脚输入高电平的时候，芯片输出5V正常，但是，当使能引脚输入低电平的时候，理论芯片应该输出0V，但是实际上，通过万用表测量，空载输出还是5V。原理图如下所示：
