TPS54060双轨输出异常，正负电压差别大

使用TPS54060双轨输出，24V直流输入，±18.5V左右输出，但是输出正电压23V左右，负电压14V左右，都带上1.5K电阻的负载时基本没变化。求问可能是什么原因，参数都是按照手册SLVA369 来计算的，附上原理图和PCB，不知道是不是分压电阻R5和R6离7号管脚太远了？才看到这个电路的layout 说分压电阻也要离IC近
