请教一下LM25085A的发热问题

输出为21.5V  最大输入电压26V，PMOS AP6679 Qg=70nc   td(on)=13ns, td(off)=64ns,tf=42ns Rds(on)=15mR,

输出电压正常。

现在问题是带载工作时（3A左右）MOS发热严重，请教一下有没有参数配置方面的问题。
